Getting started with Risved on Hetzner

1. Create a CX23 or CX33 cloud server in the Hetzner Console. Pick Falkenstein or Helsinki. Choose Debian 13.
2. SSH into your server.
3. Run the install script:

   curl -fsSL https://risved.org/install | bash

4. Open the setup URL in your browser. Create your admin account, configure your domain, and deploy your first app.
